Sourcing funnel
Follow sourced candidates all the way to an application.
Sourced, ranked, contacted, followed up, visited the career site, asked a question, applied — for each job you source for. The funnel also shows who was left out because they’re on your do-not-contact list.
Reading the sample: of 240 people sourced, 60 were contacted and 12 applied — 20% of those contacted. The useful question is usually where the drop happens: here, between follow-ups and career-site visits.
Reporting assistant
Ask the question instead of building the report.
Trinity answers hiring-report questions in plain language, using the job or list you have open as context and only data you can access.
- How is hiring going across my jobs?
- Where are candidates getting stuck in my pipeline?
